Mark Spencer Hotel in Portland

We are here for 2 nights in a 'Junior Suite'... the Mark Spencer Hotel in downtown Portland. They have happy hour between 5pm & 6pm which really pleases Sandy & Marilyn. I'm thrilled with the 24 hour 'free' latte machine in the lobby. Breakfast is included... so we are set.
